Since I'm mostly designing away at my desk during the majority of my days, I have little time for photography. But when I do get to shoot, I LOVE it! Fun times equal great end results!

Flat Styling
Flat styling is just another form of Art Direction... without people! These projects were so much fun to work on with other photographers while paying attention to the finer details in life.
Dog Photography
During college, part of my emphasis in Fine Arts was photography and I took several black & white darkroom classes and just fell in love. There's something about printing your own photos that is so special and almost magical.
After school days were over, I took my knowledge of black & white film photography and transitioned into digital. I focused on photographing dogs for several years, which was such a joy. Most of the dogs in this gallery are from a local adoption organization, CARE for Animals, but I included my own furry companions as well. I volunteered for CARE and took photos of the dogs who were up for adoption and tried to capture all of their sweet & unique personalities in efforts to help them find the best forever home. Dogs bring me so much joy and can improve our lives in so many ways. Oh, and I included a cat photo too.
