Pensacola Symphony Orchestra // PSO
Since 2018 I have been designing PSO’s concert series. What an absolute joy! I learned to play the piano at a young age, played for several years, then picked up the guitar in my college days. The joy of music has been an important part of my life since early on, so I especially love the opportunity to attend a symphony performance when I can. Oh, what favors the arts do for our souls!

editorial layout
This section features editorial layouts & design examples during my time at Inviting Arkansas magazine – from cover stories to special inserts.
I was present for every shoot in these layouts so part of my job was to visualize what we were shooting and how it was going to work for the layout. From there, I would take it to the computer and keep in mind the photographer's vision/integrity, the writers goals for editorial content and the overall visual appeal. In my opinion, I think it is important to create editorial that is consistent, clean and easy to distinguish from the ads.

This is a small selection of hundreds of ads I have built over the years.
If it’s clean design or a big impact – understanding what the client needs in order to achieve their business message goals is #1 and the rest is just fun!
